Possible 2017 SDCC MLP Exclusive found!

Amazon has just randomly listed this strange new sea pony Pinkie Pie figure. She seems to be about the same size as the Styling sized sea pony Twilight, skystar, and fluttershy figures, but what's different about her is that this time, she is covered in glitter unlike the others, and has a fabric mermaid fin. But get more details below!
Unlike the other three styling sized sea ponies, this Pinkie Pie is covered in Glitter, has a fabric tail and only includes 1 accessory, her pet alligator, Gummy, and because of these differences, other news sources such as MLPmerch, believe that she may be an SDCC exclusive. Another major supporter in this claim is that she also includes a light up base, A feature we've only seen used in other SDCC exclusives.
The amazon listing gives off such little information for the figure so not much is known just yet. But with the San Diego Comic Con less than a week away, we're sure to find out if she is the exclusive or not soon.
